Salesforce Tech Lead
About the role
The Salesforce Tech Lead role is focused on leading engineering efforts on global Salesforce and Agentic AI projects. The position requires strong hands-on experience with APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Web Services, as well as solid knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have experience with both declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities, hold a Salesforce Platform Developer I certification, and have worked in fast-paced Agile environments. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to innovative Agentic AI projects and work with cutting-edge technologies.
Must have
- Strong hands-on experience with APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows & Web Services
- Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud
- Experience with both declarative and programmatic Salesforce capabilities
- Salesforce Platform Developer I – Required
- Experience working in a fast-paced Agile environment
- Passion for learning and contributing to Agentic AI projects
Nice to have
- Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
- Exposure to Agentforce and hands-on Agent development is a strong advantage

Highlights
