About the role
The Technical Lead – AI/ML & Full-Stack will lead the development of scalable, AI-powered applications and enterprise platforms. The role involves designing and developing AI automation modules, search engines, and data retrieval systems, as well as building and deploying LLM-driven applications using frameworks like RAG, LangChain, and LangGraph. The position also requires designing scalable microservices, developing AI-integrated dashboards, deploying and monitoring AI models on cloud platforms, and mentoring developers and AI engineers. Candidates should have significant experience in AI/ML and full-stack development, with strong programming and architectural skills.
Must have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML and full-stack development.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and agentic AI frameworks.
- Proficiency in LangChain, Haystack, LangGraph, and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience with React.js, Angular, and Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Milvus, or Neo4j.
- Strong knowledge of RAG-based search, semantic search, and AI-powered data retrieval.
- Experience in microservices, REST APIs, and real-time API development.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Kubernetes, CI/CD, DevOps, and MLOps.
- Hands-on experience with Speech-to-Text technologies such as Whisper or Google Text-to-Speech.
Nice to have
- Experience in AI-powered chatbot and IVR automation.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, or OpenTelemetry.
- Experience optimizing real-time AI solutions using WebSockets and analytics-driven AI interactions.
