About the role
The company is seeking an experienced AI Architect or Senior AI Engineer to lead enterprise AI initiatives, focusing on the adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-native development. The role involves designing AI strategies, solutions, and mentoring teams, with a strong emphasis on advanced AI frameworks, cloud-native architecture, and enterprise security. Candidates should have significant experience in IT, system architecture, and cloud-native software engineering, as well as deep expertise in GenAI, Machine Learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and Agentic AI architectures. The position is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Must have
- 10–12 years of IT, system architecture, and cloud-native software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in GenAI, Machine Learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and Agentic AI architectures
- Agentic AI & Deep Agent Architectures
- LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain
- Generative AI & LLM Frameworks
- RAG & Vector Databases – Pinecone, ChromaDB, Milvus, Qdrant
- Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock & Google Vertex AI
- LlamaIndex & Semantic Kernel
- MLOps / LLMOps, LangSmith & TruLens
- Python, TypeScript, Java / C#
- Cloud-Native Architecture & Enterprise Security
- AI Strategy, Solution Design & Team Mentoring
