The position requires strong systems thinking, the ability to translate concepts into operational systems, and excellent communication skills to enable adoption of AI tools across teams. Must have
- 3-6 years of experience in operations, consulting, product, or similar roles, with demonstrated experience implementing AI or automation solutions in business environments
- Strong understanding of AI tools, LLMs, and workflow automation platforms, with hands-on experience applying them to real-world use cases
- Proven ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable, practical solutions
- Experience translating abstract concepts into operational systems, with a strong bias toward action and delivery
- Ability to work across multiple teams, adapting solutions to different workflows, skill levels, and business needs
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts clearly and train non-technical stakeholders to adopt new tools and workflows
