About the role

Ceylon Business Appliances (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a talented and motivated IT professional to join their team as a Manager or Assistant Manager – IT. The role involves managing servers, databases, backups, disaster recovery, and maintaining corporate email systems and security. The successful candidate will also oversee IT risk, compliance, information security, monitor firewalls and endpoint protection, manage IT assets and software licenses, and ensure network connectivity. Delivering MIS reports, providing call centre IT support, and handling daily IT operations are also key responsibilities. Candidates should have a degree in IT or a related field, 5-7 years of experience in IT infrastructure and operations, and at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, with hands-on expertise in servers, networks, email, and security.
