About the role
The Customer Service Officer role at Dialog involves providing customer support at various Dialog outlets across Sri Lanka. Candidates are expected to have good communication skills in English and Sinhala, demonstrate professional work ethic, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new skills. The position is open to school leavers and those below 30 years of age. The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm, and Saturday half-day from 9:00am to 2:00pm.
