Technical Lead - .NET
About the role
The Technical Lead - .NET at Insighture will provide technical leadership, ensuring architectural integrity and adherence to software engineering best practices. The role involves collaborating with clients and stakeholders to define requirements, manage project timelines, and present outcomes. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications, conducting code reviews, troubleshooting complex issues, and recommending innovative solutions to enhance system performance, scalability, and security. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in backend development with C# and .NET, a strong understanding of web APIs, microservices, and modern JavaScript frameworks, as well as experience with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years of proven experience in backend development using C# and .NET technologies.
- Strong understanding of web APIs and microservices architecture.
- Hands-on experience with modern JavaScript frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).
- Solid grasp of software design patterns, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), and clean architecture.
- Experience with unit testing, automated testing, and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with major cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proficiency with relational databases (SQL) and ORMs.
