Client Solutions Consultant – US Client Operations
About the role
eBEYONDS is expanding its BPO arm and seeks a Client Solutions Consultant to work fully on-site during US business hours (night shift). The role involves direct engagement with US-based clients to understand their business and technology needs, conducting meetings, gathering requirements, and coordinating digital solutions with internal technical teams. The consultant will support software development and digital transformation projects, prepare documentation, and ensure effective communication and follow-up with stakeholders. Candidates should have significant experience in IT consulting or similar client-facing technology roles, strong technical and communication skills, and the ability to independently manage international client relationships.
Must have
- 4–8 years of experience in IT consulting, technical business analysis, solutions consulting, or client-facing technology roles.
- Proven experience directly handling US or international clients, including client meetings and requirement discussions.
- Strong understanding of software development, web technologies, digital solutions, and business requirements analysis.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage client interactions, coordinate technical teams, and resolve client-related challenges.
- Willingness to work fully on-site during night-shift hours aligned with US business hours is mandatory.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working with US-based clients during US business hours would be an added advantage.
