About the role
The Lead - Business Applications role at LOLC Myanmar involves leading business applications, co-banking systems, and digital solutions that support business performance and financial inclusion. Key responsibilities include analyzing business needs, supporting core systems, delivering insights and reporting, and troubleshooting and improving systems. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, 1-2 years of experience in IT systems and database administration, exposure to microfinance or co-banking systems, proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C# or equivalent OOP language, and SQL, strong English communication skills, and a passion for technology. The position is based in Myanmar.
Must have
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
- 1-2 years’ experience in IT systems & database administration
- Exposure to microfinance / co-banking systems
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, C# or equivalent OOP language, and SQL
- Strong English communication skills
- Fast learner with a passion for technology
