Internship - IT (Infrastructure & Security)
About the role
This internship position in IT Infrastructure & Security at Union Assurance involves assisting with infrastructure, cloud, database, and security operations. Key responsibilities include monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, documentation, access control, and supporting disaster recovery activities. The role is suitable for those currently pursuing or who have recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, and requires a basic understanding of operating systems, networking concepts, and IT security fundamentals.
Must have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), networking concepts, and IT security fundamentals
Nice to have
- Exposure to SQL and database concepts is a plus
