Associate Consultant - Azure
About the role
The Associate Consultant - Azure role is responsible for supporting and optimizing IT operations with a focus on RedHat Cluster, Ansible, Kubernetes, and Microsoft Azure. The position involves resolving escalated incidents, mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with service level agreements, and driving operational excellence in cloud and container technologies. Key responsibilities include incident resolution, mentoring, documentation, capacity planning, and conducting analyses to improve performance and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Kubernetes, Ansible, RedHat Linux, and Azure, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Certifications such as CKA or RHCE are highly desirable.
Must have
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and container management.
- Strong understanding of Ansible for automation and configuration management.
- Familiarity with RedHat Linux and RedHat Cluster technologies.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services and their integration with Kubernetes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) are highly desirable.
- Experience with additional cloud platforms or automation tools.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural, global environment
