Junior ERP Consultant - Service & Maintenance
About the role
The Junior ERP Consultant - Service & Maintenance at Inivos will support end-to-end ERP implementation and support activities, particularly within the Service & Maintenance domain. The role involves assisting senior consultants with client requirements, business process analysis, documentation, testing, data migration, user training, and providing first-level functional support. The consultant will also collaborate with technical teams and maintain up-to-date knowledge of IFS Cloud and best practices. Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Asset Management, Facilities Management, or a related field
- 6 months-1 year of relevant experience in service & maintenance, ERP, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of business operations.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and project teams
Nice to have
- Exposure to IFS ERP or any other ERP system will be an added advantage.
- Exposure to ERP implementation, testing, configuration, or support will be an advantage.
