Junior Executive - IT Systems
About the role
The Junior Executive - IT Systems role at Baurs IT Division involves supporting SFA systems to ensure their reliability, data integrity, and user support across various business divisions. The position includes responsibilities such as application support, user training, coordination of system enhancements, monitoring system performance, managing user accounts and security, and supporting the development of dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree and experience in business application support, with exposure to SAP environments and mobile or cloud-based applications considered advantageous.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent qualification is required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in business application support, SFA, CRM, or related enterprise systems.
- Experience supporting mobile or cloud-based business applications and Power BI & automations expertise
- Good communications skills required in English and Sinhala or Tamil to interact with stakeholders at all levels of organization.
- Ability to work independently.
Nice to have
- Experience working with SAP integrated environments is preferred.
- Exposure to sales, distribution, healthcare, FMCG, or merchandising operations would be advantageous.
