Business - Intern
About the role
The Business Intern will join the Modern Work Experience Solutions team to support business, sales, and solution development initiatives focused on Microsoft-based technologies. The role involves assisting with gathering and validating business requirements, conducting market and customer research, collaborating with various teams to identify customer needs, preparing reports and presentations, supporting business planning, analyzing data, and participating in initiatives involving AI, analytics, and automation. This internship provides hands-on exposure to cloud technologies and data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment, offering opportunities to work closely with experienced Microsoft professionals and develop skills relevant to cloud consulting and business analysis.
Must have
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related IT/Technology‑focused discipline.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
- Interest in Microsoft cloud solutions, AI, data, and modern workplace technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
