About the role
The Lead GenAI Engineer will be responsible for driving the design and development of innovative Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The role involves leading GenAI solution design and development, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring AI/ML engineers, researching emerging AI technologies, and ensuring AI model quality and performance. Candidates should have 5–7 years of experience and a background in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. The position is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and requires expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, as well as experience with machine learning frameworks and cloud platforms.
