About the role
ZOVRO ERP is seeking a full-time Marketing Manager to help grow its ERP, POS, accounting, and business software solutions. The role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing channels such as social media and paid advertising, generating qualified leads, and tracking campaign performance. Candidates should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and business development, with strong communication skills in Sinhala and English. The position is based in Gampaha, Sri Lanka, and offers a negotiable salary based on experience and skills.
Must have
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, or business development. Experience in IT, software, ERP, or B2B marketing will be an advantage.
- Practical skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, content creation, and campaign reporting.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Sinhala and English, with the ability to work independently and achieve agreed targets.
