Junior Project Manager
About the role
The Junior Project Manager at Teceze is an on-site role based in Jaffna, responsible for supporting the project delivery team in managing projects and assisting global clients. The position involves coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful service delivery. Key responsibilities include managing end-to-end delivery for assigned accounts, overseeing field engineers and coordination resources, handling client communications, managing service transitions and onboarding, identifying and managing risks and escalations, maintaining documentation and billing accuracy, working with cross-functional teams, and supporting commercial discussions. The role is designed to help build skills for future leadership opportunities.
Must have
- 1+ years of experience in IT service delivery management or project management in a managed services environment
- Proven experience managing SLA-governed contracts and multi-engineer teams
- Experience in tracking revenue, billing, and cost at account level
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills
- Experience delivering services to enterprise clients in IT infrastructure, field services, or managed endpoints
Nice to have
- project management certification preferred
Highlights
The position requires working APAC & EMEA shifts and is strictly on-site in Jaffna. Project management certification is preferred but not mandatory.
