About the role
The Customer Service Officer role at Dialog involves providing customer support at various Dialog outlets. The position is open to school leavers and individuals below 30 years of age, requiring good communication skills in English and Sinhala, a professional work ethic, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new skills. The job requires working Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm and a half-day on Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm. Vacancies are available in multiple locations including Kiribathgoda, Dematagoda, Pettah, Wellampitiya, Gampaha, Kirindiwela, Havelock, Kaduwela, and Homagama.
