IFS Project Manager (IGT1)
About the role
The IFS Project Manager at IGT1 will lead complex, end-to-end IFS Cloud implementation and transformation programs for enterprise clients, primarily working with Centric Global, a technology company specializing in ICT and enterprise applications. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality, ensuring successful delivery in line with IFS methodologies. Key responsibilities include project planning, stakeholder management, team coordination across international locations, risk and issue management, financial oversight, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in ERP project management, particularly with IFS implementations, and strong communication and leadership skills. Must have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification, preferably in Information Technology, Business Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience managing medium to large-scale ERP implementation and transformation programmes, including end-to-end IFS implementations, in a project management or delivery leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of the ERP implementation lifecycle, project governance and Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong understanding of IFS Cloud, IFS software, and service offerings.
- Experience working across international delivery programmes and managing stakeholders across different cultures locations, and time zones.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across complex delivery environments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities while maintaining scope, timelines, budgets, and delivery risks.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Nice to have
- Exposure to IFS Cloud modules such as Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Finance, Procurement and Human Capital Management is preferred.
- Experience working with Public Sector and Service Industry organisations is preferred.
- Previous consultancy or customer-facing ERP delivery experience is preferred.
- Professional project management certification is preferred.
