Technical Support Officer
About the role
Aiken (PVT) LTD. is seeking a skilled and reliable Technical Support Officer to provide timely and effective technical support for their range of banking and cash handling equipment. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment such as cash counting machines, ATMs, and CRM systems, as well as diagnosing technical issues, minimizing customer downtime, conducting installations and preventive maintenance, and maintaining proper service records. The position is based in multiple locations across Sri Lanka, including Kandy, Puttalam, Hatton, Thalawakele, Wennappuwa, Polonnaruwa, Colombo, Trincomalee, and Dambulla.
Must have
- NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification in Electronics, Computer Hardware, IT, or a related field
- Knowledge of Windows OS, antivirus software, and MS Office
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking will be an added advantage
- Age 20–35 years
- A valid driving licence will be an added advantage
