Odoo ERP Pre Sales Consultant
About the role
As an Odoo ERP Pre-Sales Consultant at Cygnus ONE (Pvt) Ltd, you will work with prospective customers to understand their business requirements and present tailored Odoo ERP solutions. The role involves conducting discovery meetings, analyzing business processes, preparing and delivering demonstrations, mapping requirements to Odoo features, and preparing solution proposals. You will collaborate with sales, functional, and technical teams to ensure solutions meet client needs and support the sales process through technical and commercial discussions. The position is based at the Kurunegala Branch of Cygnus ONE, an Odoo Silver Partner in Sri Lanka.
Must have
- Qualification in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, IT, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in ERP pre-sales, functional consulting, implementation, or business analysis.
- Good understanding of business processes and how ERP systems connect departments.
- Familiarity with Odoo modules and workflows; practical Odoo experience is an advantage.
- Strong presentation, demonstration, communication, and proposal-writing skills.
- Ability to translate business challenges into clear solution recommendations.
- Strong analytical, coordination, and customer relationship skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and demonstrations.
Nice to have
- Accounting knowledge and qualifications such as CA, CIMA, ACCA, AAT, or CMA are an added advantage.
