About the role
The Technical Lead – AI Solutions (Python & Java) is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions using Python and Java. The role involves developing and deploying AI/ML models, intelligent applications, and scalable backend systems, as well as overseeing the development of Generative AI, LLM-based applications, and automation solutions. The Technical Lead will guide technical teams, ensure adherence to software architecture and best practices, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions. The position also requires integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems and ensuring application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- 6–8 years of experience in software engineering, AI development, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in Python and Java programming.
- Proven experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, and LLM-based application development.
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of AI frameworks, model deployment, and MLOps practices.
- Previous experience leading technical teams or managing AI/software development projects.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
