Junior Business Consultant
About the role
The Junior Business Consultant role involves working with clients to understand and improve their business processes, supporting the adoption of enterprise software solutions. The position is suitable for recent graduates who are interested in business operations, client interaction, and delivering impactful solutions. Key responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, conducting business process assessments, preparing documentation, configuring solutions, delivering training, and supporting customers during implementation. The role offers hands-on experience with enterprise SaaS, exposure to consulting projects, and opportunities for career growth in a collaborative environment.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in one of the following disciplines: Business Management, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics, Operations Management or a related field
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to understand and improve business processes.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and training sessions when required.
Nice to have
- Prior internship or customer-facing experience is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ERP, TMS, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Enterprise Software will be an added advantage but is not required
