Back End Developer
About the role
This role is for a Back End Developer with full-stack expertise to join a dynamic, fast-paced team working on a long-term partnership with a UK-based fintech company. The position involves backend development using technologies such as NestJS, Java, SpringBoot, and TypeScript, as well as some frontend work with React-Native and React fundamentals. The role also covers cloud and DevOps responsibilities, including Docker, CI/CD, Git, AWS, and containerized deployments. Candidates are expected to have 6-10 years of experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to deliver features end-to-end while adhering to best practices in software architecture, clean code, testing, performance optimization, security, and Agile development. Must have
- Strong Backend development expertise: NestJS, Java, SpringBoot, TypeScript, Distributed systems.
- Good Understanding in Frontend: React-Native, React Fundamentals, State management.
- Cloud & DevOps: Docker, CI/CD, Git, cloud platforms (AWS), monitoring, logging, and containerized deployments.
- Candidate experiences : 6-10 years
- Proficient English communication
- Ability to take ownership of work and deliver features end to end.
- Deep understanding in software architecture, clean code, testing, performance optimization, security best practices, and Agile development practices.
