Sales Account Manager - Cloud ERP
About the role
AutomateXion (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a Sales Account Manager - Cloud ERP for a full-time, on-site position in Sri Lanka. The role involves identifying and qualifying new leads, managing a pipeline of Cloud ERP opportunities, and guiding prospects through the entire sales cycle. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with decision-makers, conducting product presentations and demos, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with technical and delivery teams. The Sales Account Manager will also monitor client satisfaction, follow up on renewals and upsell opportunities, and provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to leadership. The company operates in digital transformation, ERP implementations, SAP integration, and cloud migrations, offering a fast-paced and customer-centric environment.
Must have
- Strong Account Management and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on building long-term, trust-based relationships.
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication, including clear written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in Lead Generation and pipeline development, with the ability to qualify opportunities and prioritize high-value prospects.
- Background in selling Cloud ERP or related ERP solutions (e.g., Blue Lotus, Zoho, Odoo ) and understanding of digital transformation concepts.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B or enterprise software environments.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into solution value.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and collaborating with technical, implementation, and support teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; equivalent experience in enterprise sales may be considered.
- Fluency in English; additional regional languages are an advantage. Experience working in the Sri Lanka is preferred.
