Head of IT

About the role

The Head of IT will be responsible for leading IT operations, strengthening cybersecurity, and driving digital transformation initiatives within the organization. Key areas of responsibility include managing IT infrastructure, network management, cybersecurity, ERP/SAP implementation, and hospital information systems. The role also involves ensuring data protection, compliance, leading IT teams and vendors, and facilitating IT training and technology adoption. Candidates should have strong experience in IT leadership, expertise in infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and experience with ERP systems, particularly SAP. Knowledge of data protection, information security, and exposure to AI implementation are also required. Experience in the healthcare or hospital sector is considered an advantage.
