About the role
The Senior Associate, Operations Transformation Automation role at LSEG is part of the Markets Operations Transformation team, focusing on the Check Centre Automation (MOAT) programme. The position involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable automation solutions to enhance operational support, efficiency, and system resilience. Responsibilities include automating operational processes, developing monitoring solutions, integrating automation into existing workflows, embedding AI capabilities, supporting system upgrades, and contributing to team leadership and reporting activities. Candidates should have 4-5 years of experience in automation engineering or RPA development, a relevant degree, and familiarity with automation tools, monitoring platforms, Microsoft Power Platform, and modern development practices. The role operates on a hybrid workstyle with a UK shift to support global operations.
Must have
- 4-5 years' experience in Automation Engineering, Operational Engineering, or RPA development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Experience using automation tools and RPA platforms.
- Familiarity with monitoring platforms such as Datadog and Control-M.
- Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform and modern web technologies.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, version control, and modern development practices.
- Strong communication, collaborator management, and organisational capabilities.
