Senior Product Intelligence Partner
About the role
The Senior Product Intelligence Partner at IFS acts as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and Platform leadership teams, supporting improvement conversations and driving organizational performance through data-driven insights and AI-enabled analysis. The role involves developing frameworks for measuring software engineering execution, identifying trends and risks, conducting root cause analysis, and facilitating evidence-based decision making. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to diagnose challenges, drive measurable improvements, and contribute to the evolution of the Product Intelligence platform. The position is open to candidates located in the UK, Sweden, or Sri Lanka, and offers the opportunity to work in a global, diverse, and inclusive environment with a focus on flexibility and hybrid work.
Must have
- At least 7–10 years of experience in software engineering, product development, engineering operations, product operations, consulting, analytics, or related leadership roles.
- Experience working directly with senior leadership teams and influencing decision-making through data-driven insights.
- Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices, software delivery lifecycles, and organizational effectiveness.
- Deep understanding of software delivery effectiveness frameworks and metrics, including DORA, SPACE, flow metrics, developer experience, and the appropriate use of metrics as signals rather than targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear executive-level insights and actionable recommendations.
- Experience driving operational improvements through influence rather than direct authority.
- Experience facilitating continuous improvement and organizational change initiatives.
