AI SCRUM MASTER AND AGILE COACH
About the role
The AI Scrum Master and Agile Coach will support and coach AI development teams, strengthen Agile practices, remove delivery impediments, and drive continuous improvement across the organisation. The role involves facilitating Scrum events, coaching teams in Agile methodologies, partnering with Product Owners, guiding Agile transformation, monitoring team metrics, and mentoring team members. Candidates should have proven experience in Agile leadership roles, a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, and familiarity with AI-supported engineering concepts. The position is within the Information Technology – Applications Central business unit, focusing on Agile Delivery and AI Development.
Must have
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach or in a similar Agile leadership role.
- Experience working in Agile environments and supporting AI development teams.
- Good understanding of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and LeSS frameworks.
- Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong individual and team coaching capabilities.
- Experience using Agile metrics to improve team performance and delivery efficiency.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement practices and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with AI-supported engineering concepts and methods.
- Strong planning, problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems Management or equivalent experience.
- Relevant Scrum Master or Agile Coaching certification.
