Executive - Business Transformation
About the role
The Executive – Business Transformation at Aitken Spence Elevators will support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, digital innovation, and overall business performance. The role involves assisting senior team members with data analysis, project management, stakeholder communication, and reporting progress to management. Key responsibilities include identifying process improvement opportunities, supporting transformation projects, preparing documentation, analyzing workflows, compiling KPI data, organizing meetings, and providing administrative support. Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree and 1–2 years of experience in business transformation or related areas, along with strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Business Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience (internship or professional) in business transformation, business analysis, project coordination and
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, MS Project) is a plus.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and other business software
- Strong Analytical and Data Analysis capabilities
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments.

- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic, performance-driven team.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies (certifications are a plus).
