AI Technical Lead
About the role
The AI Technical Lead will be responsible for leading the technical design, development, and implementation of AI-powered applications and solutions at Amana Bank. The role includes architecting secure, scalable, and reusable AI services, driving Generative AI and LLM-based solutions, establishing AI engineering standards, ensuring responsible and secure AI practices, and leading solutions from proof of concept to production to deliver measurable business value. Candidates should have significant experience in software engineering and AI application development, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a relevant bachelor's degree.
Must have
- Minimum experience of 6 years in software engineering, with demonstrable hands on AI application development experience.
- Effective communication & Interpersonal skills
- Adaptable, analytical with problem solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline.
