About the role
The Senior Microsoft Cloud Engineer will serve as the senior technical escalation point within a managed services engineering team, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern cloud infrastructure. This hands-on Level 3 role involves resolving complex technical issues, delivering customer infrastructure projects, providing expert technical guidance, and mentoring Level 1 and Level 2 engineers. The position is ideal for a technically strong engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and building the capability and standards of the wider team.
