QA/BA Engineer
About the role
This is an internship opportunity for a QA/BA Engineer, ideal for current undergraduates or recent graduates in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. The role involves both quality assurance and business analysis tasks: designing and executing test cases, performing manual and automated testing, documenting bugs, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and managing project backlogs. The position is suited for someone with an analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, and an interest in both understanding and improving software products. Interns will gain hands-on experience with live products, receive guidance from experienced professionals, and be exposed to industry-standard tools and practices.
Must have
- Current undergraduate or recent graduate in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of the software testing life cycle (STLC) and testing concepts.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear, structured requirements and user stories.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical, problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in productivity tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with test automation tools, Jira, or similar tools is an advantage.
