Senior Disaster Recovery Analyst
About the role
The Senior Disaster Recovery Analyst will join the IT Resilience and Disaster Recovery team, supporting the Disaster Recovery Manager and senior specialists. The role involves managing and updating documentation, coordinating and supporting disaster recovery and continuity testing, and ensuring the smooth execution of the IT disaster recovery lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining business impact analyses, managing communications and compliance, gathering test evidence, and supporting ad-hoc continuity assignments. The position is key to strengthening business continuity and IT resilience across critical systems.
Must have
- 3–6 years of experience in Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- Familiarity with BC/DR industry best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend test execution.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail.
Nice to have
- BCI Affiliate Membership or Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) preferred.
