IT Executive
About the role
The IT Executive at SkySCHOOL Online is responsible for managing the school's daily IT operations in a fully online educational environment. This includes Microsoft 365 administration, Power Platform automation, hardware and software troubleshooting, help desk support, and maintaining the school's WordPress website. The role supports staff, teachers, and learners by ensuring smooth IT processes and resolving technical issues efficiently. Candidates should have experience with workflow automation, Microsoft 365, help desk systems, and WordPress development. The position requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience and at least two years of IT support or administration experience. SkySCHOOL Online is a British Islamic online school focused on delivering high-quality virtual education.
Must have
- Power Apps & Power Automate (workflow automation)
- Microsoft 365 Administration & Troubleshooting
- Microsoft Teams Administration
- Hardware & Software Troubleshooting
- Help Desk / Service Desk experience ticketing systems)
- WordPress website development & maintenance (themes, plugins, basic HTML/CSS)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of relevant IT support/administration experience
Nice to have
- Microsoft certifications preferred (e.g., MS-900, PL-900, MD-102)
- Basic networking & cybersecurity awareness (MFA, phishing, endpoints)
- LMS experience (e.g., Moodle)
- Power BI, SharePoint site design, SQL Database
- Awareness of student data privacy/compliance requirements
