About the role
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing business data, developing insightful dashboards and reports, and providing actionable recommendations to support decision-making and business growth. The role involves understanding and analyzing database structures, developing customized data visualizations, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting business decisions through analytical reporting. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, experience in data analysis, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years post-degree experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or MIS reporting functions.
- Strong understanding of database structures, data models, and SQL.
- Understanding on Data Science and ML concepts with experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Exposure to the Banking and Financial Services sector will be an added advantage.
