Head of Projects

About the role

The Head of Projects will oversee end-to-end project management, including planning, costing, budgeting, proposal development, and delivery. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Technical, Marketing, Production, and Finance, as well as external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include conducting client technical meetings, reviewing project proposals and costings, tracking project progress, managing risks, mentoring project teams, and enhancing project tracking and reporting tools. The position ensures all solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with requirements.
