Intern - Cloud Engineer
About the role
The Intern - Cloud Engineer position at ITX360 (Pvt) Ltd involves supporting and managing multi-domain Office 365 deployments and migrations, configuring Microsoft 365 related products and services, troubleshooting and monitoring issues in deployments, and managing Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other services. The role also focuses on ensuring high levels of system and infrastructure availability. Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and possess relevant Microsoft certifications. The company is a subsidiary of Expolanka Holdings and specializes in enterprise technology solutions for both local and global markets.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree (completed or final-year student) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Having one or more Microsoft Certifications on Microsoft 365 (MS-900, MS102, MD-102), Azure (AZ-104, AZ-700)
- Hands-on experience in Microsoft Active Directory Server deployment and troubleshooting is added advantage
- Fair knowledge of networking and security concepts
- Ability to adapt to new technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with a positive attitude
