Senior Project Manager
About the role
The Senior Project Manager role involves managing web projects for international clients, coordinating between clients and internal web teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. The position requires overseeing the full project lifecycle, maintaining communication with stakeholders, and applying technical understanding of web technologies to facilitate project requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, experience with international clients, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The company offers a fully onsite work arrangement in Sri Lanka, working US business hours.
Must have
- 4–8 years of experience in web project management, project coordination, client management, implementation, technical support, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of web technologies, web-based solutions, or web integrations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with both clients and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with a proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks and resolving issues.
- Willingness to work US business hours and interact directly with international clients is essential.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working directly with international/foreign clients is highly preferred.
