About the role
The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Specialist at Seetha Holdings Group of Companies is responsible for managing and optimizing ERP systems to support business operations across the group. This full-time, on-site role in Pilimathalawa involves configuring ERP modules, maintaining data integrity, coordinating system updates, and working closely with business units to analyze processes and implement improvements. The specialist will troubleshoot ERP issues, prepare user documentation, deliver training, and support end-users to ensure efficient system utilization. Collaboration with IT and management to align ERP capabilities with business goals and compliance is also a key aspect of the role. Candidates should have strong ERP skills, experience in ERP implementation and support, business process improvement abilities, and relevant educational qualifications.
Must have
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and hands-on experience with ERP software implementation, configuration, and support.
- Candidates should possess solid Business Process and Business Process Improvement skills, with the ability to map workflows and optimize operations.
- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills, including data analysis, problem-solving, and the ability to translate business needs into system requirements.
- Relevant experience in ERP projects within a corporate or multi-business environment, ideally in a holdings or conglomerate structure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; professional ERP certifications are an advantage.
- Proficiency in documentation, stakeholder communication, and user training, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Pilimathalawa, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Nice to have
- Experience with change management, data migration, system testing, and knowledge of basic database concepts is beneficial.
