About the role
Micronet Global Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking an IT Helpdesk Engineer to provide technical assistance and support to users near Avissawella. The role involves responding to user inquiries, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, installing and maintaining computer systems, and managing the helpdesk ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with proven experience in a similar role. Must have
