About the role
The Imperial Teas Group is seeking an Information Technology Intern to join their team. The role is designed for undergraduates who are innovative and up-to-date with recent IT developments. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing daily network operations, installing and maintaining operating systems, developing custom ERP reports, supporting IT department functions, and providing technical support for various applications. Must have
- Undergraduates of a university / reputed institute
- Fair knowledge of handling computer hardware, network, and related devices
- Knowledge of Microsoft servers, databases (MS SQL), and Windows OS
- Fair knowledge of open-source systems
- Knowledge of ERP, MIS systems
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
