Systems & Training Lead
About the role
The Systems & Training Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting digital transformation initiatives for an international supply-chain and logistics services group. This position acts as a bridge between business stakeholders, Group IT, and customers to ensure system enhancements align with business needs and are implemented effectively. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting business requirements, coordinating user acceptance testing, managing system change requests, preparing project documentation, and delivering training on core business platforms and customer portals. The ideal candidate will have a background in business analysis or systems support, strong technical proficiency, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Support, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL and Power BI.
- Experience using Figma or similar tools for UI mock-ups and process visualisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot and PowerPoint.
- Strong documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities, manage priorities and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Tableau would be an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365, Copilot, Figma, SQL or Power BI would be an added advantage.
- Previous experience in the logistics, shipping or supply-chain industry would be highly desirable.
