Technical Officer - CCTV
About the role
The Technical Officer - CCTV Service role at Metropolitan Technologies (Pvt) Ltd involves attending to breakdowns, routine servicing, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems. The position requires installing, configuring, and commissioning various CCTV systems, as well as estimating, planning, and supervising sites for CCTV wiring and infrastructure arrangements. The officer will also maintain and manage company-provided standby stock and ensure proper documentation and reporting of technical activities. Must have
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CCTV surveillance installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Hands-on knowledge of CCTV installation, maintenance, and programming, including NVR/DVR and various types of CCTV cameras.
- Good communication, presentation, and documentation handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours when required.
- Ability to participate in 24-hour duty/standby arrangements.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of data networking, including switching, LAN, and TCP/IP protocols, will be an added advantage.
