Project Managers – US Operations
About the role
eBEYONDS is seeking experienced Project Managers for their US Operations to manage and coordinate digital projects for US-based clients. The role involves end-to-end project delivery, working directly with clients to understand requirements, and coordinating with internal technical teams to ensure successful execution. Candidates should have a strong understanding of web technologies, digital solutions, and experience in project management, particularly with international clients. The position is fully onsite in Sri Lanka and requires working US business hours (night shift Sri Lankan time).
Must have
- 3–6 years of experience in project management, preferably within web development, software delivery, digital solutions, or related technology environments.
- Proven experience working directly with international clients, preferably US-based clients.
- Sound understanding of web technologies, software development processes, and digital project delivery.
- Strong project planning, coordination, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to engage directly with international clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, competing priorities, and deadlines independently.
- Willingness to work during US business hours and communicate directly with US-based clients.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working during US business hours or night shifts will be an added advantage.
