Technical Lead
About the role
Xeptagon is seeking a Technical Lead to oversee the design and delivery of complex digital platforms in climate action, carbon markets, digital MRV, climate finance, and related areas. The role involves leading technical design and implementation, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, making architecture decisions, and guiding engineering teams across backend, frontend, and integration workstreams. The Technical Lead will also participate in client workshops, mentor engineers, and ensure high standards in security, performance, and maintainability. Candidates should have strong hands-on technical skills, software architecture experience, and excellent communication abilities. Xeptagon operates globally, providing digital infrastructure for climate finance and carbon markets, and collaborates with major organizations and partners.
