IT Asset Analyst
About the role
The IT Asset Analyst will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of IT assets, including provisioning, replacement, and decommissioning, to ensure optimal asset utilization. The role involves maintaining and auditing asset records in CMDB and ITAM systems, reconciling inventory data, preparing reports and dashboards using MS Excel and Power BI, and contributing to process improvement initiatives. The analyst will also coordinate with other teams, track asset maintenance, and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives. The position is to be deployed at a client site, and female candidates are preferred.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Computer Science/IT
- Strong MS Excel and analytical skills
- Basic technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and asset management
- Good communication skills in English and Sinhala
Nice to have
- Experience in IT support, inventory management, or ticketing tools is an advantage
