Senior Implementation Consultant - Night Shift
About the role
The Senior Implementation Consultant at OrangeHRM is responsible for implementing and configuring SaaS-based HR management solutions, with a focus on time and attendance, payroll integrations, and workflow design. The role involves configuring complex attendance rules, integrating biometric and multi-channel clocking systems, building payroll exports, designing end-to-end workflows, testing data syncs, creating analytics dashboards, training client teams, and documenting processes. Candidates should have significant hands-on experience with WFM/HRIS implementations and technical integrations, as well as strong skills in business process mapping and client consultation. OrangeHRM is a global HR software provider with a large user base, offering both open-source and enterprise solutions.
Must have
- 5+ years hands-on WFM/HRIS implementation (UKG Pro, Kronos, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, BambooHR, OrangeHRM, or similar).
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Business Process Mapping
- Client Consultation & Stakeholder Management
- Biometric integration experience (CAMS, ZKTeco, Hikvision) – device setup, API/file sync, duplicate resolution.
- Multi-payroll expertise: BizPay field mappings, ADP attendance feeds, SAP HCM interfaces, custom export formats.
- Technical toolkit: HRIS configuration, API/file integrations, Excel/Power Query for data validation and reconciliation.
- Process design mindset: can map as-is vs to-be flows and drive adoption.
