About the role
The Support Services Specialist at IQuest (Pvt.) Must have
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills to handle inquiries, explain solutions clearly, and maintain positive client relationships.
- Candidates should possess solid Technical Support skills and basic IT knowledge to diagnose issues, guide users, and coordinate with technical teams.
- Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret problems, identify trends, and suggest improvements in support processes.
- Candidates should possess Supervisory Skills or team coordination abilities to help manage workloads, support junior staff, and uphold service standards.
- Relevant experience in an IT support or helpdesk environment, ideally within a corporate setting.
- Ability to work on-site in the Colombo District and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with common office and ticketing software; familiarity with hardware and basic networking concepts is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
