About the role
The Senior Associate – AOA at EY Assurance will be responsible for supervising the delivery of engagement management support activities, developing relationships with global EY teams, and coaching and mentoring a team. The role involves monitoring global assurance reviews, managing communications with various locations, maintaining engagement databases, and ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines. The position requires strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, as well as experience in process and project management. Must have
- 3-6 years of overall work relevant experience in process management and project management (MBA or Certified PMP preferred.
